How to Make a Profile Picture as Upload Button

Recently got report that new people signing up on my site were getting black person as profile movie instead of uploaded film.
Went into back end of site and tried to adapt their photo, but later on selecting picture to upload, "Upload" button does not bear witness up.
Running:
Joomla! 3.5.1 Stable
Community Architect ii.0.xiv
PHP Version 5.four.45
Protostar Template for Site
Isis for Admin
Was working fine before, don't know of whatsoever changes made.....
Already verified that Avatar upload and gallary are enabled

That's the default avatar. More likely you have upload approval enabled and demand to corroborate their uploads. You can can enable or disable blessing within CB > Configuration > Moderation. You tin can also adjust this per image field by editing the field inside CB > Field Management and adjusting "Upload Approval" nether Parameters > .Paradigm Limits You can approve their uploads from the workflows module or epitome approval folio (yous will demand to create a Joomla menu particular to this). No one is suggesting fourth dimension bombing, simply not sure what has changed. This is through a GoDaddy hosting account and we have not made whatever changes internally, but it is possible they have made changes and not informed u.s..
The Moderation of prototype upload is not turned on:
I do not see a parameter in the User Parameters Field for epitome upload:
Every bit shown in my first picture, (sad not "Upload" button), just "Update" push is non showing up later selecting prototype.
Only non sure what may accept been inverse.... Need some help knowing what could cause the "Update" push not to show up in the dorsum stop CB>User Management>User Business relationship>Profile Image

As shown in my first motion-picture show, (deplorable non "Upload" push button), but "Update" button is not showing up later on selecting prototype.
The update push button doesn't hide to brainstorm with. Information technology's lesser left of profile edit. If information technology's not there yous've something 3rd party hiding information technology.
The Moderation of image upload is not turned on:
Globally epitome approval is disabled, but could however be enabled per image field. Edit the "avatar" field within CB > Field Direction then under Parameters > Image Limits ensure "Upload Approval" is fix to "Disable". This will have no affect on currently pending approval images. This just affects new uploads. Existing pending approving images you will need to approve.

Ok, let me offset off past apologizing, I think I got my CMS packages mixed up.... I checked another 1 of my Joomla sites for how information technology functions and realized that on the BACK END user profile there is no upload or update button but that the Save button initiates the upload of the image.
However on the site in question that is causing a trouble later on the image is selected and yous striking "Relieve" you get the following mistake:
The status bar at the lesser of the browser goes through the upload %, just then gives this mistake.
